I visit my South Elgin Jewel 5 days a week.
The young man they put in charge of stocking dairy has horrendously rancid body odor. It permeates the entire aisle. It’s distinctly the smell of not washing one’s self or clothing for days. It’s offensive and other customers notice it too.

Not an isolated incident. It’s every time he works. Several months, dating back to July. I’ve complained twice to store’s managers. It’s unacceptable. There were two other incidents of additional employees (one female, one challenge child) being spoken to. The young man in dairy, however, is the worst offender and it’s not even close.

If this can’t be rectified, I’m considering taking my $2K/month grocery expenditure to Caputo’s

My Family has been using this pharmacy for a few years to fill monthly prescription orders, at least every other month there is no inventory to fill the requests, we must wait 3 days to a week sometimes 2, and usually Ms. Daniels is the pharmacist we deal with, her attitude is completely dismissive, arrogant, rude and she genuinely talks down to us, rolls her eyes at our questions, and snaps rudely, and has even tossed a paper prescription back to us, stating 'We don't have this', before she even checked.
We have on more than one occasion left the store in tears. Every medication prescribed by a Dr. is just as important as the next, and requesting a script filled for a narcotic, antidepressants, or anti-anxiety meds seem to trigger this behavior in her.
It is difficult to understand why an order that has been filled there for a few years doesn't get included in the monthly order. We have had to take the order to Myers, Target and Walgreens and pay out of network fees because this medication is a daily requirement.
It is because of Ms. Daniels we will not be returning, as an autoimmune patient it is so important we have trust and a good relationship with our pharmacist as well as our Dr., and we unfortunately haven't found that with your company.
