Dollar General

I have a complaint about the Somonauk, IL location. I have a memory disorder and sometimes forget to do things. I, unfortunately, forgot to check to make sure I got all my bags but I called right away when I got home. The associate Betty was very rude and said the next customer must have gotten my items and nothing could be done, said quote' Come on like you don't check to make sure you have all your bags at any other store you go to' in a very rude manner. This is the second time this has happened to me. One time I had a bag full of toys the associate set on the floor behind her and I almost walked out until my son said mom we are missing a lot? Thank god then I had to ask for my bag. During times like this lots of people are stressed we don't need to be belittled or be treated rudely!
