Pet Smart discriminates against in hiring older workers. I applied for a part-time job, and was turned down. After hunting the manager to confirm my interview, and to follow up with me.
As I still go into the store in Skokie, Illinois, a large poster is still on display with alot of jobs posted. I have all the creditentials, but was told there was no job for me.
Is was a clear case of age discrimination. I called the corporate office for Pet Smart, and all they do is give you another case number and it goes in circles.
I attend to hire a lawyer, and also file a complaint with the EEO.
Something has to be done, to stop this discrimination to the next victim who applies.
Could someone get back to me ASAP for the discrimination case against Pet Smart in Skokie Illinois, before it turns into a legal matter?
