Bought a motion base for my mattress set. Was told by the sales person I had a four month trial in home return basis. On July 12 2011 I returned the mattress because it was uncomfortable. Wanted also to return the motion base but was told that was nonrefundable. That was not told to me when I purchased this product. On July 14 2011 the motion base got stuck in a upright position and wouldnt work anymore. Went back to the store and complained again. Insisted they take back this defected product. They refused again. Stated, they would send a repair man to fix the motion base. With all the false salesmanship practices I have dealt with have made me not want this product anymore. Your mattress has been exchanged like our policy states, and the non-refundable adjustable base as discussed at time of sale has been repaired by the manufacturing company.
