Not only would I like to complain about the poor service provide at this location but also my frames. When I arrived at the LensCrafters location 7/29/2019 I was not greeted at the door or even after walking in. once I got to the count a store associate asked me"Can I help you?" with a tone in her voice that indicated that I looked lost which I was not at all. I was simply waiting for someone to finally assist me. Once I was assisted everything was fine up until I was looking for a particular frame and couldn't find. I went ahead and purchased the Coach frames listed HC6121, Gry Grn, 52/17/140 because I urgently needed new glasses for a new job that I would prefer to wear my glasses rather than contacts to. I was told that I would be contacted when they came in. I was not. I am not exactly for sure how long they were there prior to me calling but when I called they told me they were read for pick up. That was at about 3pm yesterday afternoon, 8/4/2019. I was told that I had to pick them up by 6pm. I got there at exactly 5:52pm. I was pretty much rushed by the male associate that was there and eventually handed off to a woman who was much more patient. The guy said to me "we've just got 6 minutes left" when I explained to him that I had to take out my contacts before trying on my glasses. I felt that this was inappropriate given that I was only picking up glasses. Regardless of the time, I walked in more than 5 minutes prior to them closing and something like this typically only takes 5 minutes which I should know because I've been wearing glasses since I was 7 years old! When the girl yook over for him, I asked her about another pair of glasses that I liked much more and didn't see when I first came in for my exam. I asked were they new and she stated that they were not and probably had just been put away at the time of which I came. She recommended that I always ask about other frames that may not be out on the floor whenever I come in which the original woman who helped me did not say and I had expressed to her that I was going for a different look than what i had chosen because I didn't see any frames that fit my face... Once I got in my car with my new frames. Everything was fine until they started sliding off my face (probably because I was rushed out of their business and felt uncomfortable asking her to adjust them again. When I took them off my face While stopped at alight I noticed the arm didn't look in tact so I attempted to close the arms and at that moment, less than hour after picking up my glasses, they were BROKEN! I had to pull over and put my contacts in. This is unacceptable. It was my first time as a LensCrafters customer and I am very unpleased with the service I was given.
