Eivan's was very eager and easy to work with when we were booking them for our wedding, which was supposed be Saturday, October 16, 2021. We were heavily encouraged by Eivan's to pay up front the entirety of the package we booked, which was $2, 499.99. We paid for the entire package back in March 2021. We were forced to cancel our October wedding when we found out that we are expecting our first child in July. Thankfully, the other vendors we booked were willing to give us at least half of our deposits/payments back, but not Eivan's. In fact, they kept the full $2, 499.99 and we were told that if we tried to dispute any of this previous payment, we'd be charged a $500.00 Charge-Back Rebuttal Fee. On top of everything else and losing the full payment already, Eivan's went ahead and charged us an additional $1, 250 Cancellation Fee, which they only gave us a week to pay. We tried to call numerous times to figure out why we were being charged such a high fee, especially when we already forfeited our payment. We also tried emailing the company. The only response we got back was another payment due email from Eivan's. Out of fear due to their threat of additional legal & collections fees, we were forced to pay the additional $1, 250, which was something we rather of used for our baby. We never even heard back from the company after all our calls and emails.
Desired outcome: Just a Call Back from all the Voicemails/Emails We've Sent Or Refund For all the Trouble
