Picked up an 8 piece fried chicken for dinner, it cost was 7.99. Chicken was so dried out I could not chew it enough to swallow. The time was 4:23p, today's date 1/25/2024. I asked the women behind the counter if the Chicken was freshly cooked she told me yes, so I did go ahead and order it. As she was bagging it she told me they only had one wing left would a extra leg be ok to replace that. I told her no that i'll take one of the baked wings. I then ordered macaroni salad from the deli, then proceeded to the per package potato salad in the cooler. I checked out after grabbing a few other thing. Getting home it's dinner time. We sat down to eat the chicken it was so dried out you couldn't even chew it, and the pre packaged jewels loaded potato salad from the cooler was spoiled sour so we didn't have that.. This is not acceptable. I've had issue with this Jewel often but keep given it another chance. This is the last change. I'm hoping something gets done, this place is rude and condescending I come from a customer service background 26 yrs. and know this isn't right.
