Rural King

On 10/17/2019 at 6:23 pm I was checking out atMarion Rural King trying to purchase Rotella T6 Motor Oil which was listed as a "Managers Special" priced $14.99. The cashier who by no fault of his own seemed very inexperienced kept ringing up the price as $23.99. The cashier was very apologetic and professional asked for help numerous times even stating on his radio in front of me that he didn't know how to resolve the problem. Eventually someone whom I assume was a manager came to the checkout with a flyer confirming the sale price of the item that I was trying to purchase. This person made no attempt to resolve the issue . This man never spoke just stood in place staring at me until the cashier apologized and informed me that he didn't know what else to do. Out of frustration I decided not to purchase the oil and left the store. I have no desire to ever do business at this store again.
