I am a frequent shopper at your Jewels store in Glenview however when I come in there I use my OTC card which a lot of your employees don't know how to use and feel that I have to use some other method of payment when I know that your store takes the card but what I also find humulating is the fact that I can't use the OTC 1st then my EBT card I have been told several times that it won't do this however if I go to your Jewels on Patriot Blvd I am able to do this a lot of times your employees don't want to try and figure it out or just haven't had the proper training and at times I fill they do this because of the color of my skin but I am not going to take it there I would like for office to train it's staff on how to use the card and I also would like for you to make it so that we can use the OTC 1st then our EBT then pay whatever the difference is be it gift card cash or debit
