White Castle

Make a purchase on 02/26/20 asked for extra pickles... Only way I like to eat them. I brought 30 crave box not pickles & hard buns some... Too many young people working there & no proper training won't go back; I left a mess. For a call back nothing. My daughter says they never call. I know with sliders you need extra pickles can't eat them any other way. The best white castle by far is the one on 35 th off king drive the best been over for years... I am very displeased & did satisfied didn't feel like taking them all back and making a scene.

On 14 Sep 2019 at 1345 hours, sale and order #[protected], the time to order the food and receive the food at the drive thru was approximately 20 mins which is to long for a fast food chain. The store was not busy at the time of this vist. Also the order was taken wrong and not repeated for clarification. Thank god I did not correct it or who knows how much longer it would have taken. The last three times I went to this location was the same outcome and I will avoid this location. I will tell all if you crave white castle to avoid this location and drive the extra miles to a different location because if you don't you would still be waiting at the drive thru by the time it would have taken to drive to different location, place an order, and receive your food.
