Panera Bread - customer service when ordering on the phone

Hi, As a long time customer of Panera products I thought you would be interested in my conversation this a.m. with the Panera store in Decatur Il.. I went online this morning trying to order bread. I was having trouble with your sight and called the store to schedule a pick up order for the afternoon. I was told they didn't have what I wanted, two niches, one sesame and one rye that it would be "advantageous" if I ordered 5 days in advance! You have to be kidding! No bread at 9:30 a.m. on a Sunday? At over $7.00 a loaf you have to order five days in advance? Boy Panera you have really gone down hill since you were St. Louis Bread Co.. Punier you have forgotten what customer service is all about. This is Decatur where people believe in good customer service and being treated like a person not someone who has to plan their bread consumption a week in advance! I will not be ordering in advance and I will do without your bread that I have to plan my week around.
