Inside my Christmas present of Renergie Lift products there was a invitation from Lancome entitled "with our Compliments" -- visit your Lancome counter today to receive this personalized facial service & complimentary skincare sample. I did go to Macy's in Chicago's downtown to receive these services . The sales ladies were totally surprised when I showed them the card . One told me I had to see the saleslady who sold the products to me. I told them it was a gift from mysister who knew that I have been using Lancome for years. It was disappointing to see this uncaring attitude especially when one of them told me to come back tomorrow. I asked for a small sample of a foundation and left. Do not think I will go to that counter again as they do not seemed to be well trained or knowledgeable.
