I live at Holiday hills in Federal Heights, Colo in an age qualified residence. For 3 years I have been dealing with an unruly neighbor. Today 2-13-23 the newest manager of one year has taken his side. I am a 68 year old woman 5'4 160 lbs and Latino. dale mullen is a 63 year old man 6'1 240 lbs. He says I don't know the law he is right he has gotten 2 permanent restraining orders against other residence because he knows the system not the law. I am one of the residence. He gets mad he lies and uses friends to lie for him. I am going to court again to fight this restraining order. the last people hired a lawyer and won after 5 grand. Holiday Hills ignored their complaints too. I have transcripts and temporary order belonging to dale mullen which you will be quite surprised how he has contradicted himself over again. I sent police this evidence because dale also lied about a F.H. P. Officer. I have e-mails phone calls asking for Equity and H. H to help resolve this long ugly issue with this man. I am now under the Adult Protection Agency of Colo. I never thought I would have to use the racist card but do to the circumstances this is true I will use it. I am one Hispanic woman against 5 white males and 2 white woman. One works for H. H which will come out once I give my lawyer all proof. Your company does not care for women of age or color. Your neglect is bringing on a lawsuit. Civil case from you is thrown around but this has now reached another state of the law. Anyone reading this outside corporate please do not buy or rent at Holiday Hills if you are an older woman and a woman of another heritage
