I went to your store at 1pm on Friday, 7-21-23. There was nobody sitting in the

waiting room, but I know you can check in online without physically being in the

store. I asked the employees how long was the wait, since it was Friday and that

is a busy day. The tall, blond, slightly husky employee proceeded to say "Have you checked in". I said no because if the wait is an hour I will come back on Monday. She then said "You don't have to be rude. Haven't we refused you service before." I said I'm not being rude, just asking a question. She then proceeded to say "I'm not going to work on you, you will just have to wait". So I waited 30 minutes while she combed her own hair and checked out her makeup.

Finally your employee "MADEL" worked on me, and she had no problem, did not

say I was rude, and received a $10 tip on an $ bill. You really need to do an attitude adjustment on the rude, blond employee. A customer is certainly allowed to ask how long the wait is without being attacked by someone who woke up on the wrong side of the bed.
