McAlisters Deli - Length of wait/missing part of order

I went to McAllister’s today and went through the drive-through. There was one car in the parking lot. I ordered a BLT plus avocado, and some soup. I waited for 20 minutes for my food. 20 minutes for them to make a BLT with avocado and put soup in a bowl. In addition, I ordered an extra pickle but instead of getting two pickles, I got zero pickles. The sandwich had two very tiny slices of avocado. Almost as if they were running out of avocado. Absolutely unbelievable and completely disappointed.

Desired outcome: I would like a gift card to go back and hopefully get better service
