KFC

I put in an order for pick up at 3 pm today for 530 pm. I arrive at the restaurant to pick it up and met by a rude women working the front line. She asked me what I want and I tell her I have an order for carryout and give her my name where she proceeds to send the order back to get ready. I ordered a lrg mashed potatoes and gravy lrg mac-n-cheese large Cole slaw lrg drink 4 biscuits and 6 unsauced wings. At 552 I'm finally given my order. Upon getting home I didnt get any gravy the wings were so dried out couldn't even eat then and they were hot wings that looked like they had been rebattered with regular batter and fried again. Upon ripping 1 open and trying to bite into it was so hot with hot sauce my kids and I couldn't eat them. I am very disheartened as I visit this kfc frequently
