My complaint is that I go in to our local store and then I am told that you can have a free infant item if you fill out the survey. I said sure — the manager says here give me your phone I will do it for you quickly. The first issue was I had a funeral to go to and was in a hurry — I don't have time to watch her do a survey on my phone. The 2nd issue was seeing her put her name and 100% satisfaction on each line. If I knew she was going to be doing that she could keep her free infant item! I have learned and will never let my phone out of my hands again! If she does that to 50 people of course she is going to have a high rating...
