On August 20, 2019 I purchased a rotisserie chicken wrap from the subway located in our building
In the Discovery Bay condominium complex.
I noticed it was quite hot in the establishment.
The girl at the counter did not seem to know much about making the sandwich .
I only ate 1/2 of the sandwich and didn't even finish the half since it did not taste quite right.
Within hours I was sick.
Very sick.
Thank god my husband was with me.
I took back the other half of the sandwich to the establishment a couple of days later and informed the girl about the food poisoning and she returned my money and said she was sorry.
The money is not the issue.
I told her that the owner needs to keep the food colder since it was still very warm inside the place.
I actually felt the containers that hold the sauces and they were warm.
I hope that this issue is addressed and Subway Corporate takes corrective action.
I am tempted to call the department of health because I want no one else to go thru what I went
thru. Of course, I will not go to subway again and advise others.
I asked that the owner call me but never received a call.
