Not even one register open (only self check out)
My shopping card was full and if I knew that I wouldn’t buy anything from the beginning. I was shocked when I saw it employee I ask her if any other register is open? She told me that someone called out and they’re stressed out.
Wait a minute now I have to be stressed out because some items are scanned easily some are not and at the end when I check out I saw on the customer service 2 employees just talking with each other. No one can help like it’s my responsibility. I don’t get paid for that.
When I reached out to check out by the door employee told me I don’t have to shop at the store just use a Bj’s app.
Desired outcome: This is horrible customer service
