I have checked online and also called the store to check on an item that was on sale I was told that the item ([protected]) was not in stock and I told the person that online it's showing that it was and she checked and said yes it was. I sent my daughter in to get the item and they wouldnt help her just told her it wasn't in stock. I called to talk to a manager and got sent to this man who talked about they're just hourly employees and they do the best they can. I said there's got to be someone more competent and asked to speak to a manager over his head. He claimed I cussed at which the only "cuss word" I said was "who in the hell wants to put Christmas flowers on a grave in October" if that man is That offended by the word hell then he's not capable of good management. I'm in management and have had to handle much worse. But I kept asking for a manager above him and he said he was hanging up bc I "cussed" at him.
This item is on sale! Why would u have it on sale and not available to be purchased online if the stores aren't going to have it.
My friend was murdered in May and I just want to put something that looks newer and fresher on his grave and y'all don't want to help ur customers.
If the employees are not capable of pulling it up in the computer and going to at least check rather than just saying it's not Christmas so it's not in stock then maybe u need to get some employees that actually want to work. And for that man to say we're just hourly employees etc was unprofessional and pathetic. The employees know what the pay is when they get hired. If he's in management and saying stuff like that he needs to be terminated. He wouldn't even take the time to pull up the item number in the system just made excuses!
I do not care for hobby lobby but I will make sure the michaels in Warner Robins is advertised as unfriendly and unhelpful
