LongHorn Steakhouse - Curbside cashier - 2120 Killian Hill Road Snellville, GA

Greetings, I am writing to complain about the extremely rude cashier for curbside service. I was so bothered that I failed to get her name; however, she was a young Hispanic lady. This incident took place at the Killian Hill Location in Snellville, Georgia on Valentine's Day, February 14, 2023. I walked in and waited a quick second to give the cashier my name. There was only one person that the cashier had just helped before I spoke with her. The cashier took my name and started to search for my order. A few seconds later, a young lady waitress from curbside walked in and started talking to her. She exclaimed that a customer was still waiting on their order, from curbside. She then immediately stopped searching (without saying or asking me to give her a few moments) for my order, and started looking up the mentioned order. After waiting patiently for about 4–5 minutes, I finally said, "Excuse me, my pickup time was 7:50 p. m". The cashier then said, "I'm not talking to you, I am dealing with her right now". I did not respond to her. I just continued to stand and wait. A few minutes later, the cashier finally said, "What's your name, again?" I gave it to her, yet again. She printed a receipt and laid it on the counter top with a pen. I picked it up and signed it, and wrote a note on the receipt about my experience with her. I then tried to hand the receipt back to her and she said, "You can just put it down, there"... (meaning the counter top). After my food was brought up to the counter, she pointed and said that's your order.

I then asked another worker who was nearby to speak with a manager. I told him what happened. He apologized about what happened and said that he would be in touch by phone or email. Also, that he would send me a gift to come dine with them again, for this rude inconvenience. I accepted his apology and left the restaurant. Needless to say, I was very offended by her lack of customer service and hospitality. I live nearby and frequent this location often for lunch and or dinner, and I have never encountered such rude, nonchalant, unfriendly customer service from this establishment.

Thank you for taking the time to read my complaint about this young lady. It is my hopes that she receives a reprimand and revisits how to treat a paying guest, to not steer guests away from a great dinning, at this location because of poor disposition. Sincerely yours,

Desired outcome: After I have had the time to think about how I was treated on love day i.e. Valentine's Day, I would appreciate a full refund of my bill of $42.00 and some odd cents. Thank you kindly.

LongHorn Steakhouse - Service

Ordered from the Killian Hill location in Snellville online, they said the pickup time would be 6:40 @ 8:15 I was still waiting and all they could say was they had a lot of orders. There were people that had been there for over two hours. I know this is a rough time but they could have stopped the ordering online if they couldn't handle it. Spending Mother's Day waiting in the car for food. Never again. When calling the curbside number I was hung up on twice, without anyone saying anything, The worst system ever and will never do it again. I understand the employees may be over whelmed but going back and forth with the customer when expressing their dissatisfaction is never good. I am not sure what will be done with this complaint but I hope something will.
