Take 5 Oil Change

As a woman I feel like I was targeted on November 4,2023 I went [protected]@ 6pm to get an oil change, there were four young men employees there. One immediately went under the car to begin the process of oil change before I explained what kind of oil change, I desired. I told one of the young men that I was looking to get the basic oil which was $51.99 plus tax. He refused my request and demanded and gave me an ultimatum that they were only doing the high-quality changes which ranged $99 and up. I immediately told the young man to stop working because my intentions were not to spend that amount. They showed me their numbers on the screen as if I had no choice but to get what they said. I told them that didn't make since, the young man said yeah, we trying to close our numbers out high so we can't change your oil unless you get the $99 or up package. They said to come back in the morning, and they would be able to give me the package I wanted originally. So, I left Riverdale to head out toward Fayetteville with a loud rumbling sound I had never heard before till after I left take 5 oil change. The next morning after coming to Rex Ga my car felt weird like my engine was pushing more than usual I quickly searched for a take 5 oil near me, When I got to the one in morrow on Jonesboro rd. as soon as they popped the hood all of their faces were at disbelief they asked where I had gone I explained to them what happened the evening before at the other take 5 oil change location, He said they didn't put your oil cap filler back on, I stepped out and surely enough it was missing they had not touched anything and was worried about how my car was still riding it was barely any oil in my car, one of the employees clocked out for lunch just to take me to buy a filler cap, we had to go to a few places because they were hard to find. I'm so glad my engine wasn't blown; I work and have a family customers should be blown off or handled any kind of way. please do not go to the take 5 oil change in Riverdale ga thank you to the crew on Jonesboro Road for all your help. The employee said there was barely oil in the car it was old oil cycling at the bottom.
