KFC - Order not correct

I went to the drive thru at KFC in Nashville Ga and was told that for fries I would have to wait 5 minutes which was fine. I waited 10 minutes and went inside to check on my order. Some of the employees were just standing around and when I questioned about my order the employee went and checked and grabbed a bag and handed it to me. When I got to my destination I did not even have fries I had mash potatoes and gravy. I wasted 15 to 20 minutes of my lunch time. The employees were not friendly and did not apologize for my wait. I was very upset and was even more so when my order was not even correct.
