PODS Enterprises - Damage to property

I have had my POD at my residence for over a year to use for storage while my home is under construction. They came out and moved it one time, everything was fine. Until today 8/17/23 when they came to pick up the empty pod, I did not need it anymore. First of all this driver did NOT do what the other 2 drivers did, which was back down my street, leave the large M2 med duty truck in the street and use the cart to move/pick up the POD. He actually backed his truck half way down my driveway so that he could more conveniently off load their little 4 legged mover. The mover in this case has 3 flat tires. 2 on the left front and the steer tire on the left rear by the controls. We pointed these out to the driver and he kicked one of them and said "oh I know about that, they are gonna deal with it at the end of the day". This was literally 5 minutes before I saw his flat steer tire punch a hole in my driveway. Right in the middle. The driver told us about it, not that it was necessary since we saw it happen. Even though he has already sent stress cracks all through my driveway when he made the hole, he still backed his heavy truck down my driveway again so he could load the pod on his truck. My whole driveway has cracks, indentions from his truck tires where the excessive weight causes the concrete to give. My whole driveway will have to come up.

So far, I have sent the company an email and will do a follow up call in the morning. I hope I do not have to explain this over and over again. Their employees do not always communicate previous interactions with customers. I actually was on hold with the company for over an hour and never spoke to anyone. The best service was state side. I have a hard time understanding when they use the overseas call center.

I have taken pictures of the damage. I hope they send someone out to look at it that has come construction knowledge like myself. I am open to any resolution as long as it includes fixing my driveway. For what I was paying for the POD I actually bought a storage building that is bigger and for less money. They need to take better care of their equipment. And they obviously do not do a pre inspection on the trucks before they leave. I can not imagine them letting a driver leave with 3 flat tires on his rig. And they need more comprehensive training on the limits of their trucks as well as weight limits on residential property. Their HR department may need an overhaul if this is the way they allow their drivers to operate. The pictures do not really show the extent of the damage which is why I want them to send someone out.

Desired outcome: I would like an refund totaling enough to fix my driveway or for them to cover the cost of repairs. Whichever.
