CyberScrub

October 2015 I order the cyberscrub privacy suite for $74.15. I installed it on my desktop and it worked fine. I then tried to install it on my laptop and I had problems with it. I contacted the company via their support link. They sent me a line to download a different version and said they would give me another key since apparently they do not let you load the program on 2 different computers even if they are you personal computes. They want you to pay $74.15 for each computer. The solution that they sent me did not work and I contacted them again. They then wanted me to allow them to remotely connect to my computer. I told them no so then they closed the ticket so I added a comment that I do not allow remote connection to my computer. I opened the ticket back up and then responded that I have installed the software on 3 different computers and that they wanted to call me. I told them forget that I would look for another software that I do not have to buy 2 programs for my personal computers. Even Norton utilities allow you 10 computers when you purchase their software. This software it a rip off and should be avoided since after one year you will have to buy a new licenses or it will block you from using it.
