Ruby Tuesday

After waiting 30 minutes for a to go order, the server brought my order and check. After I signed the check and provide a 20% tip, the server informed me that he had replaced my order for a baked sweet potato with an order for a mashed potato because it would after 30 minutes they had just put started cooking the baked potato and it would be another 20 minutes. He then requested that I not report him. Others, where also complaining about the long wait and what appeared to be incorrect food orders.
