I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding the behavior of the manager at the Lithia Springs, GA location. It is with great disappointment that I bring to your attention the consistent rudeness and unprofessionalism displayed by the manager, which has significantly impacted my experience as a customer.

Over the past few weeks, I have had multiple encounters with the manager that have left me feeling disrespected and frustrated.
