Aspen Dental - dentures too big

I went to Aspen to have a tooth fixed. They talked me into having all bottom teeth pulled and have dentures. The dentures never fit. They said the swelling of teeth pulled would go down and dentures would fit better. Never happened. Aspen charged me $10,000.00 for dentures that I have never worn. I called and called and it went to voice mail. They did bone graph transplants on one side of my mouth that was not necessary. Now that side is higher than the other side. The dentures had 14 teeth. I have never had that many teeth ever. The bottom line is Aspen Dental in Hiram, Georgia, took my money and never produced the correct dentures to me. I work with the public and for the last year i haven't had bottom teeth. Nothing. I want my money back so I can get bottom teeth fixed.

Aspen Dental - My new dentures

I got dentures 18 months ago and went back to the office multiple times to get them refitted and doctor refused to listen to me. Even my kids say I look funny, my top teeth are fine, but my bottom set of teeth are to tall for me. I paid several thousand and I can't use my bottom teeth. VERY DISSATISFIED AND ANGRY. They tell me that the dentures fit fine and I absolutely can not wear the bottom because they hurt my gums. The teeth are about 1/4 inch to long both on the top and bottom. The doctor at this location doesn't care about patient input. She has the I am right and you are wrong attitude, and she is not willing to change or fix my dentures despite the commercials that talk about customer satisfaction. That is BS Aspen Dental doesn't give a crap about your satisfaction but only about getting their money and sending you on your way. Extremely bad customer service and they seem to think they are above reproach, and are untouchable. Something needs to be done about this company's attitude and customer satisfaction. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone.

This complaint is about my wife’s dentures and not mine.
