My family had a big dinner so we decided upon our local Arby's. We eat there quite often. With new staff its been rough getting quality services. We ordered about $58.25 in food. The service was awful the young lady had a very bad attitude and when we asked for a receipt and to make a formal complaint the other lady barely said anything threw our food on counter and said that's not her problem. We spend a lot of time and money there for the quality of service we got

Desired outcome: Would love to get a refund but understandable will take promo deal or some kind of credit at Arby's Would be accepted
