I hope this email finds everyone well. I’m reaching out to share with the Edible Arrangement team and management a few inconveniences and disappointments I encountered last week Thursday May 12, & Friday May 13th. I’ve been a customer of EA for years! You guys have always been my to go to when I want to make a special someone smile or treat my staff with a nice arrangement and never have disappointed with the detail, service and perfectly designed arrangements. Unfortunately, this was not the case this past week. On May 12 was my mother’s 60th birthday and we were doing a big celebration for her. We all anxiously awaited for her surprise gift from Edible arrangement that never made it. I reached out in the early afternoon and than in the evening to check on the status of the order and I was informed by a young lady on the last shift (can’t remember her name) that I was the last order and the driver got into tragic car accident so it will have to be delivered the next day Friday by no later than 1pm. I was upset we wouldn’t be receiving the order on time but I was more concerned about the driver and hoped he was ok!
So I told her ok due to the delay in the order can I get some birthday balloons a bear and the $10 for delivery. She said ok no problem she will add it to the next days order for the 13th. The same day I called to speak with manager Michael regarding the issue but he noticed that the hound lady oblast spoke with didn’t leave any notes for the next days order.
Friday May 13th at 1:30pm I called and spoke with I believe his name was Mazaiah and he said he sent out the order. I asked him if the balloons and bear was included and he said no. So he had to ask the driver to drive back and pick them up. *no notes were left regarding my request on Thursday*
When the gift finally made it I asked my mother to FaceTime me and send me pictures. I was sooo upset to see the condition of the arrangement. It was missing the grapes, melon on the daisies, fruits were cut unprofessionally, the chocolates were unprofessionally dipped and the apple covered chocolates were in a bag, not nicely assembled in a box as shown on the picture. I called back on Friday and Mazaiah asked to please call back on Monday when the manager Michael will be back. I called today Monday and Michael assisted me with the email for my refund request.
At this time I’m requesting a full refund for the order. The order was received in bad condition, the fruits were not fresh and the presentation was poorly assembled with missing fruits, original base shown on picture, delay in the order and scheduled time frames for both days were not satisfied.
Desired outcome: Full refund
Edible Arrangements - mother's day gift
On 05/10/2019 I placed an order at the Fayetteville, GA I paid for a box of strawberries and a basket of fruit. Thee agent promised to deliver it the same day(Friday). However it was not delivered as agreed. then on Saturday it still did not come. So on Sunday I called the location to inquire and they apologized and promised to deliver it immediately...
