LA Fitness International - Discrimination racism

DISCRIMINATION RACISM

First time ever dealing with this insulting racist idiot. Never seen him before a day in my life here. I come here and I have a new phone. I needed to add the LA fitness app to my new phone. He sends me the information to my email on file after verifying my cell phone number. I get it and then it asked me to enter the first 5 digits of the account. I tell him to give it to me. He says no. He says no because he said the picture on my profile looks like me but that he isn't sure that it's me. So I said okay so if I had the same picture on my ID what would you do then. He says I would give you the benefit of the doubt. And I say what? He then says not to say this in a bad way but most times people with hair like yours are hard to tell". I then said you know what"call your Mgr and cancel my membership". I ask his name and he said only"Al". Then he calls the operations Mgr named nick and gives him only part of the story."All people who have hair like mine are hard to tell"! Racist [censored]! I said that I bet you have never done this to your race or white people before. And he says that they're usually easy to tell from one another. This won't be the last that they hear from me.

Part 2. I am still standing here waiting on Nick to show up as he said he gets here at 9am. So another guy walks up with the same issue that I am having and he asked him a couple of questions and let him in. Without looking at his ID or scanning anything. The issue is that the guy didn't have hair like mine as he stated so I guess that makes him easy to identify despite my picture being there on his screen. He tells me that I can let Nick know when get gets here. The only truthful thing that he possibly gave me was corporate phone number. I had a trainer come by and I asked him to look at the picture and the trainer said"yeah its you" I said exactly! This guy Al just had something personally against me, the way I look etc... and I see it that way because he spoke about my hair and he allowed another guy in with the same issue. He only asked me for my number and email and I gave him that. He allowed the other guy in on less with different questions.

He claimed that his boss agreed with him and I found that not to be truthful as well. I will be filing a complaint against LA Fitness for this against this worker.

His boss gave me what I need easily as the picture did favor me. I gave me the same information as before. Al just chose to discriminate personally against me for whatever reason.

Spent all of that time and now I cannot workout because I have to go to work now!

3rd part
I called to file a complaint with the corporate office. I think the person that I spoke with was named Becky. Who said that Justin the higher up person would call me as she said that she's emailed him. However, I do not think they're taking me seriously as she was trying to make excuses for him. DISCRIMINATION is not a joke and it is not excusable. Justin is supposed to call me. As of now today 7/16/21 he has not. I will not let this go. I do not feel comfortable at that location with this type of activity. And if LA fitness supports this at the top then the world needs to know it.

Desired outcome: He should be fired as every other bias and racist person is.
