Steak 'n Shake

We have been giving this location chance after chance to improve for the last year and a half. Today was the last straw. After being seated for over 10 minutes I had to go to the register to ask if anyone was going to come help us at all. When the waitress came we let her know that this was a repeated issue and we were not happy. She took our full order and then went to the manager and told them to come finish our order because she wasn't coming back to our table. While the waitress was taking our order she said she knew it was an issue and the manager and owner knew and just didn't care. We walked out and will never return. This location use to be extremely busy and have already lost half its customers and I am guessing the service is why. The owners should be ashamed and u would not want my company name associated with this place at all.
