PetSmart

I walk into the Grooming department at store 0276 on chapel Rd Douglasville Ga 30135. I walk in the groomer had a nasty delivery towards me as I was holding my pet. Stated that missing appointment come out her pocket. That was a horrible unprofessional LIE... She stated my pet can no longer come there she was slamming appointment paper on the counter being rude to me.
I instantly was so destroyed because I always spend over $100-$120 for grooming to this young lady when I do not have to leave a tip but I respect their Craft and I alway give her a $20-$30. When I do not have too.
No matter what is going on at home you can not take it out on other people. I spoke calm and spoke about having Faith because this young lady was so angry and snapping at me for no reason and staff there was uncomfortable. I will not bring my pet there anymore I do not trust my or any other customer pet being there in her care. It was soun call for for that young lady to have that type of energy towards customers who spend there money there
