My name is Temeka Dixon, I brought my vehicle in for service on December 27, 2020. I brought my car in for an oil change and nail removal. I was told that I also needed new brakes after they removed the tires. Drove my car home after the service and I noticed a sound coming from the left front tire. Sounded as if the tire was coming off. I drove it home and stayed. On today, January 28, I drove my vehicle, the noise was still unsettling and I noticed that the tire still had the nail in it. I drove me vehicle back to shop and advised the manager that I brought my vehicle in for a service and it was not completed. I advised manager Norman, that by me coming back up to the shop, that disrupted my WHOLE day. I spent 4 hours on yesterday for a service that was not rendered.
I brought my car back to the shop to be told that the tire could not be repaired and I needed a new tire. So now, not only has my day been disrupted, I now find out that I have to pay for a new tire. The manager Norman stated to me that he would not charge me full price for the tire and to only pay 101.00 dollars. I advised him that his proposal was unacceptable because not only was time lost but now I'm out of 100 dollars today as well. I paid for a job on yesterday that I DID NOT RECEIVE. Norman stated that he would refund 30 dollars back to my card, which was still unacceptable, but only 18.99 was refunded.
My experience at this location left me totally dissatisfied, unfulfilled, and out of more money for their mistake. Can someone please call me I reference to this event. Thank you!

I attached a copy of the receipt showing where I requested they repair my tire, which was NOT done.
Desired outcome: I desire a full refund for the tire
