Farmers Home Furniture

On July 30, 2010, I called the Farmers Home Furniture store at 6121 Fairburn Rd. Douglasville, Ga.30134. I spoke to the getleman (Jamie) explained to him that I was paying on my payment.

I told him I could not make the full payment and I left the message with another store associate (Kim) that I will be paying something on it. Since I had been out of work for 3 mths due to surgery I was behind a couple of months.

After placing me on whole, he returned to the phone and said that Kim said I would make a full payment and "if I could not make a full payment he did not want it" and slammed the phone down in my ear.

I tried calling back he refused to answer the phone. I shortly found out that this was the (Store Manager, Jamie). How terrible is that, a store manager acting ignorate and refusing to take my cash.

Doing this time of economic crisis I am sure the store needs the money, and at least I was attempting to make a payment. I hope this is not Farmers Home Furniture practice with their customers.

I will not recommend anyone to purchase anything from this company.
