We have been staying at the hotel for the past 3 weeks. This past week we moved rooms to accomadate the weekly rate. I have been telling the front desk ive been getting bit by something i just couldnt find out what it was. Today we were changing the sheets and we found a bed bug. I took the picture to the front office and they called the manager and he said we couldnt move rooms because we had a dog going from our room to my moms room and they room they stayed in had bed bugs. And if we wouldnt have been passing the dog back and forth we wouldnt jave gotten the bed bugs. The dog didnt have bed bugs when he came. So he rented both rooms to us and my mom that had a bug problem. Instead of moving our rooms he told the front desk to refund my money for a night and to check us out. I never had a manager make it our fault that their room had bed bugs. I think its completely bad business.
