Goodwill Industries - Exchange of rug and rude asst manager and manager refused to speak to me

Greetings, i'm ronald hatcher a loyal customer of yours. I visited your store @ 4822 flat shoals parkway decatur, georgia 30034 I bought a rug for $89.99 and when I bought it and took it home it was smelling like a dog. I tried to clean it and the smell will not come off. I went back to the store today 07 23 2021 and I spoke with the asst manager karamillie. Karamillie stated to me that she will not exchange the rug, I explained what I had and she stated, "can you read" it's all up on the front registers.  this assist manager yelled at me like I was a child. I asked to speak to the manager and she stated, I am the assistant manager and I should have rolled it out before I left when I got it. This asst manager was yelling at me in front of my brother and other customers. I asked to speak to the manager and she stated the manager was busy. I went to the front and asked the associate to speak to a manager. The associate went to the manager and the manager stated, "I will not be talking to him".  this is the worst treatment i've ever received in my 53 years of life by a non profit corporation. This place is supported by our tax dollars and is owned by the people. This was the worst treatment. I'm asking if I can exchange the rug because I need a rug for my house. Also, I was told by the assistant manager  I can leave now. I would like the rug exchanged and an apology from the manager and the assistant manager.  I will be sending this to the mayor of decatur, the headquarters and whoever will listen regarding this situation.  I have a list of your sponsors and they will not like the way these managers treat the customers. I'm asking for you to contact me @ [protected].  I spoke to the other store manager at another location and she stated this is not the way I should be treated @  thanks 

Desired outcome: I would like a letter from the asst and the manager. I woukd like to exchange the Carpet because $89 is a lot especially during Covid 19
