On 07/09/2023, I went to the Burger King in Dallas Georgia to grab lunch for the family. I went to the drive through and there were only 2 cars in front of me in the line. I proceeded to wait atleast 30 min before the line started to move, then when I moved up to place my order, I were asked to wait again. I again waited approximately 15 more min before being able to order. Meanwhike vehicles were entering and exiting the line due to long wait. After placing my order I moved to the 1st window to pay. At the window, the individual there had no idea what he was doing, and couldn't even find my order. He had me wait again, which took another 15 min, and then he proceeded to tell me his machine could not print a receipt. Needless to say this was one if the worst drive through experience I have ever had. I thought you would want to know how this particular restaurant was treating customers.
Desired outcome: Faster service and individuals that kind of know what they are doing when I hand them my debit card.
It's true, I didn't proof read my post, but I can honestly say, the employee there was more polite than you.
