I'm not the one to file a complaint, however I believe this will help improve your service, in which it will generate more customers.
I called the pharmacy today and was on hold and at least 30minutes or longer. This has happen many times before. Really every time I call the pharmacy. I never got and answer so I just hung up. There have to be something done about this! Maybe there is a need for more employee there in the pharmacy.
I appreciate your attention to this matter. I really enjoy being a customer there, however I will find somewhere else if this continues.
