KIA Motors - Kia sorento service - door handle repair

I brought my car to Kia Mall of GA in for repair of driver door handle on June 6. It is a Kia sorrento 2011 with 203K miles. I have NEVER had any type of engine issues before and I have been driving my car since Jan 2012. I got an estimate which included almost $2000 of additional items, including all sorts of fluid flushing, annd other things they “thought” I might need. I said to fix only the door handle. When I picked up the car my bill was over $100 more than what they originally told me (adding extra labor and another cost that had nothing to do with the door handle) They fixed the bill and I drove home. As I am driving, the car did not drive right. It had no pick up and it was revving very high when I stepped on the gas. Also, the hood was not closed all the way. I stopped on the way home and shut the hood all the way. Next day I called and said car wasn’t driving right and told them the issues I was having. The guy said to come on over. I drove to dealership and they said to come back in the AM at 8:00. I went back at 8:00 and waited. About 20 min later someone came in and said the mechanic was going to be late and could I come back. I went back at around 1:00. (I also noticed that I was using a lot of gas for the amount of mileage I was driving) I waited almost 3 hours. When I asked about my car they said the mechanic was driving it. He came back and they said nothing was wrong. He told the girl that was helping me that he never touched anything under the hood of my car. I told her that was not true because my car hood was open and the estimate showed pictures of a filter from my car. I said to them that something was not right. Then Chad (a worker there) asked to drive the car. When he came back he said nothing was wrong and the car drove fine. He asked what I thought it was. I said that maybe something got loose while they were all in the engine. He said something like - so you want us to find out what’s loose on a 200K mile car? I said Yes. He got nasty with me and was basically making me feel like an idiot. I left and drove home. Car was not right. Next morning I decided I would check my oil and when I opened the hood I noticed a bunch of stuff disconnected. I called Kia and sent pictures to Jennifer’s email. She said she would call me back. She didn’t, so I drove up there again. One of the guys Mike finally had to put my car back together because no one came out to help me. Soon as he put it back together, the car drove the way it should have. They made me wait 3 hours and they never opened the hood to check my car. I made unnecessary trips to the dealership to be abused by the workers.

Desired outcome: I want my money back for what I paid them to fix my door- which was almost $500. I had to go back and forth 5 times for them to fix what THEY did to my car. I also lost time from work, a whole tank of gas from the car not running properly
