Steak 'n Shake

I have been working for steak and shake for almost 8 months now and I have been having ups and downs with my GM . I was told October 12, 2019 I was removed from the schedule stating that his managers says I'm a lazy worker. Which is a bold lie because I asked the managers why would they say that when have of them time I'm making burgers and doing drive thru as well as make shakes, they all told me the same thing is that they only heard him say that . He wants them to call me lazy so that he could take me off the schedule for no apparent reason. Then I was told by the GM THAT I WAS ALSO TAKING OFF THE SCHEDULE BECAUSE TWO PEOPLE CANT LEAVE AT 4pm to 10pm . He agreed to letting me work those hours for the past 2 months now it's a problem . My thing is that I'm on the edge of being homeless so I don't have to for someone to play with my money. I am a very good worker and I have previous employers that can vouch for me .
