We reserved a rental car online thru Hotwire.com ( Itineary # [protected]) and purchased car rental insurance at the same time. We had to cancel the reservation. The car rental company wanted $250.00 cash deposit because we have a debit/credit card from the bank is the reason for the cancellation. We received a confirmation cancellation email from Hotwire.com on March 17, 2010.
We acquired the insurance thru the above Itineary and we under the impression that the insurance would be cancelled as well. It wasn't and our card was charged $162.00 on March 17, 2010 and I respecfully
request you refund the $162.00 to my account.
