Edible Arrangements

Hello,

My name is Anya Muyres. I made an order on the Edible Arrangements App. It was a mini–Happy Birthday Dessert & balloon Party kit. It was supposed to be delivered on 9/1 to The Riverview Academy of Math and Science before they closed. I called the store on 3455 Lithia Pinecrest Rd Valrico, FL 33596 for an update on my order. When I spoke to a representative at the store, they said they could deliver it on 9/5 instead. I agreed, but when 9/5 came the order never arrived. All week I have been trying to contact the store. I left a message and called multiple times. It is now 9/11 and the order still never arrived. I have been charged for the order and would like a full refund.
