Burger King

I ordered the double whopper jr, fries & chicken fries last night around 6:45 pm thru the drive thru.

I got home started eating the burger & both patties were burnt. I threw it out because I was just going to eat the chicken fries & fries. The chicken fries were cold & the fries oily not good (I tried to get the sandwich out of the trash but it was nasty so I didnt) I kept the receipt & the order thing was still attached to bag. Today around lunch I took the food back with the reciept & everything but the burger. I explained I tried to get burger. (which I didn't even finish)

She (manager) was rude & said she couldnt refund only replace which she did the fries & the chicken fries. (those are horrible tasting) but she didnt replace burger (jr). I have never complained or took food back ever. she should have replaced the meal or refunded. Im not the only one that thinks the food there is bad. Said I will never come there again neither my kids who go a lot (only fast food by our area close) manager said that's fine. What happened to your food? Not a valued customer not welcome there. She didnt give a new receipt so I dont have 1 but Im probably only one that's ever ordered that meal so easy to locate. It was at 6:45 ish pm yesterday paid with debit card.

Id like a refund please. It was $6.49 I.
