Winn-Dixie

My Physician sent an Rx (Amitriptilyne (Elavil) to the WD-Pharmacy Monday, Sept.16, 2019. I made 3 trips there to get it, each time the Pharmacist said they did not have it. The last time I physically went to the doctor's office and watched them send it. Winn Dixie stll clained they did not have it. Last evening I went to Winn Dixie Pharmacy only to learn that they did indeedhave the Rx and claimed they were waiting on an appproval from the doctor's office and tried to sell it to us for $20 pending the approval! Today we called the doctor, they had not been contacted at all by WD — 4-days have Rx whichshould be ready andwaiting since they tried to sell it to USlast night. The WD-Old Camp Road should have an effeciency study because they never do any thing on time, and 2-times out of 3 there is an issue with their processing and/or serv ice.
