VALIC

I cannot understand how things can take forever once funds are received from Voya. I'm two weeks in to waiting on the funds to post to my 403b, thankful for my actual financial advisor (point of contact locally) as he and his assistant are working hard to get things moving--however, it seems behind the scenes valic has no sense of purpose or time, nor do they seems to care. take into account that it took a week and a half also for voya to mail a check to valic (wtf! financial giants need to mail checks? no etf? smh!) So, in all, my money has not been earning for 3 weeks now... Not a good start valic.
