After windshield replacement, I noticed my dashboard was cut. Surely the tech noticed this when working or when vacuuming glass out but said nothing. Now I can only make an appointment weeks out at a different and cannot contact the shop directly. Moreover, the appointment can only be made for vague "warranty work" so I'm not sure the issue will be addressed. This is untenable and very poor customer service.
Desired outcome: Contact me to confirm Safelite will admit to damage and provide suitable repairs.
