Kendra Scott

Each time I've been in this store, the employees have not been very friendly and have not assisted my needs. That is not my typical experience with Kendra Scott, so it was super surprising to me that this happened more than once. I was questioned by a manager, or whoever was in charge that day, about my damaged item and walked out without receiving help. The employee seemed as if I was burdening her, yet I was the only customer in the store. I was very disappointed in how I was treated, and this was not the first time happening at this location.
