General manger, Umang Patel. Talked to me at the end of my shift on Saturday 22nd of February 2020 asked if i had a "learning disability" this was uncalled for and offended me. However i listened to him as he kept talking to me on how to improve. I took his advice to keeping improving at work. I've been improving since we had talked, today on Saturday 29th he yelled at me for not being able to hear in the loud kitchen and so he called me "deaf " in front of all the employees and customers and then i kindly apologized for not being able to hear the workers upfront while in the back, he angrily told me to clock out and go home. His tone, language, and use of words is uncalled for. He refuses to help employees and instead gets furious at the workers. A leader should work with employees to better a problem not make fun of them or bully them. iv'e seen him make fun of a coworkers stutter and mishaps. You can respond to me at [protected]@gmail.com
