Emily charged me $5.33 to change my packaging. She informed me that I will not be able to send a return in the box, U.S.Postal Box, I received from the retailer. I investigated this and found that I could return the package as long as it had a UPS label.
This is fraud and I am not happy about it. Emily gave me false information to boost her daily sales.
